For keto and carnivore

Get to 10% body fat. One tap a day.

You already know what to eat. What gets people to 10% is doing it again tomorrow. Ten Percent asks you three things a day, keeps your streak alive through a bad one, and shows you how far you really are.

Three answers, ten seconds

Did you keep your diet? Did you train? What did the scale say? That is the whole day. No food diary, no calories, no macros.

Your body fat, from your weight

Tell it where you start: a body fat scale, a tape measure, or a rough estimate. From then on every weigh-in moves the number, and you see how many kilos of fat are left and the date you get there at your pace.

17.4%

6.8 kg of fat to go. At this pace: 14 Feb.

An example. The number is an estimate and says so.

A year you can see

One square a day. Yellow is a keto day, black is a full carnivore day, a dot means you trained. Grey is a day you said went wrong, and saying so counts.

An example year.

A streak that survives one bad day

Most streaks end the first time life gets in the way, and the diet ends with them. Here seven days on plan earn a spare. A spare covers one slip, so a bad Saturday costs you a spare, not three weeks.

Keto, carnivore, or between

Pick the one you follow. On keto, a full carnivore day counts extra. On carnivore, a keto day holds the line without growing the streak. Either way the question stays the same: did you keep it?

Training counts, even the minimum

Ten minutes of anything is a training day. A full session counts double. Losing fat without losing muscle is the point, and showing up is how that happens.

See yourself at the goal

Upload a photo and get the same photo back at 10%, with the muscle the training builds. It is an illustration made by AI, not a promise, and it sits on your daily screen for the days you would rather not. One picture is free.

Straight answers

What does it cost?
The tracker is free: check-ins, streak, heat map, trend, body fat estimate, one goal picture. Pro is $4.99 a month for ten new pictures a month, cancel whenever.
Is 10% right for women?
No. For women 10% is below what a body needs. The same lean look sits at about 18%, so that is the goal the app sets for women.
How accurate is the body fat number?
It is an estimate. Home scales and tape measures are off by a few points either way. The trend is what to trust, and the app shows the trend.
Does it tell me what to eat?
No. It does not plan meals or count anything. It is not medical advice. If you have a condition or take medication, talk to your doctor before a strict diet.
